Our philosophy of Learning by Design is quite simple: we educate with purpose.  Our design is to equip students with the skills and attributes that will help secure good lives.

Our approach to the curriculum aims to give our students every opportunity to build on their learning from primary school, develop further knowledge and understanding of core subjects and discover new interests, skills and talents and refine them.

Our core values of Courage, Kindness, Honesty, Determination and Humour are woven through our culture bringing a unique ethos to our school which is shared by students, staff and governors.
