Heart of England is a cashless school.  Payments for lunch money, school trips and other activities are done using our e-Payment system provided by ParentPay.

All new parents/carers are provided with a secure username and activation code to set up a secure account with ParentPay.  Payments can be made anytime and a record of past transactions is available for you to view securely.  If you have more that one child at school, the accounts can be merged to make management much easier.  Card details are not stored by us and all transactions are secure.

An option to use PayPoint is available if required.
