Parents’/Carers’ Information Evening: Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 April 6.00pm
There are two Parent/Carer Information Evenings this week: one for key stage 3 (Years 7 & 8) on Wednesday 17th and one for key stage 4 (Years 9 & 10) on Thursday 18th April. We will cover aspects of school culture, behaviour systems, social media and how we can best work collaboratively. Mobile phones will also be discussed. Main hall from 6.00pm. Blog post.
Bus Passes (Solihull)
Solihull Education School Transport have been unable to print and distribute new Bus Passes. Students please use their Spring Term bus pass for the first 1-2 weeks of terms to allow printing and allocation. Sorry for any inconvenience. edtrans@solihull.gov.uk
Tennis Club Open Day: 13 April

Trampolining
Many congratulations to Year 9 student Alfie who has just returned from Portugal after winning a gold medal as part of the Double Mini Trampolining event at the European Gymnastics Championships. Read our blog post about Alfie’s achievement.
Mathematics Challenge Success
Year 9 and 10 students have taken part in the United Kingdom’s Mathematical Trust’s Mathematics Challenge before Easter and have tackled the challenge with gusto. Two of our fantastic students, Daniel and Nico, have ranked in the top 8% nationwide. Not only have they won gold but they also have an invitation to a further challenge in the competition. Well done everyone!
Tennis Camp
James in Year 9 has won U14 British Juniors Tennis this week and he was in the semi-finals of Y16’s too. Well done to James!
