Food Preparation and Nutrition
During Food Technology lessons, you will get the chance to learn a whole range of recipes and develop your practical skills in the kitchen, allowing you to take home some delicious dishes and recipes. We will stretch your creativity as well as teaching you about health, hygiene and safety so that your confidence within the subject grows. You will also look at food theory, exploring different ingredients, where they come from and what they do.
