Speakers for School have announced that they will be continuing to run their very popular and successful live broadcasts from next week. The sessions are directed at young people learning online, at school and at home. As well as the live streamed events you can watch their featured past broadcasts on a wide range of interesting topics with presenters such as Gareth Southgate, NASA engineer Debbie Martínez and Andrew Bailey, Governor of Bank of England to name a few.
The new presentations are due to begin the week commencing 11 January with the first on Thursday 14 January, 5-6pm. If you watch during the live stream you can take part and ask the speaker questions during the question and answer session of the broadcast.
Kicking off the year will be Shai Weiss, CEO of Virgin Atlantic Airways who will share insights into his own career journey and discuss how he became CEO of Virgin Atlantic. He will focus on the importance teamwork, resilience and maintaining mental clarity during difficult times.
