Students are organised in Year groups. In addition to your child’s tutor, your child will be monitored and supported by both an Academic Manager and Pastoral Manager.
The Academic Manager will oversee their progress, coordinating support (if necessary), working with the Inclusion department and celebrating student achievement across the year.
The Pastoral Manager works closely with your child’s tutor to ensure effective care, guidance and support is afforded to all students in their year group and oversees student behaviour. As non-teaching members of staff, our Pastoral Managers are able to respond to needs as they arise.
Our Academic and Pastoral Managers will build a strong relationship with both you and your child. Their experience in working with young people can be invaluable in supporting students in some of life’s challenges:
