Our school environment, be this the social environment or the classroom, is purposeful and calm; with these principles in mind we have developed our CALM policy.
Our CALM approach underpins our drive to ensure exceptional futures for all our students, encouraging students to make the correct choice; first time every time.
Students are rewarded and recognised in a variety of different ways. Merits are awarded to students for both their academic efforts as well as positive social choices. Those students who also demonstrate our CORE values are also recognised and rewarded with enhanced merits. In addition, we seek to recognise achievement, progress and excellent attendance throughout the year through letters, certificates, phone calls home, assemblies and a range of awards ceremonies and meetings.
