If you listened to the recording posted on Friday you will know it is about relaxing and getting to know yourself and what makes you tick. It shows you how your imagination works with you and is a valuable tool to have at your disposal.
Each Friday you’ll be able to listen to and join in with a another active ‘Mindfulness Journey’ designed to help you find that very deep and secure calm place as well as trigger your imagination so that you can become more intuitive, empathetic, wise and truthful.
It would be great if you could repeat these journeys and breathing exercise every day – first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I want you to make the very most of these journeys and it would be so interesting if practising these mindfulness sessions became a way of life – like breathing or eating.
So the next recording will be available on Friday. Until then, have a productive and kind week. Remember being kind is good for us. Being kind is contagious – it spreads.
Being kind makes us feel better about others and ourselves. It improves relationships with family and friends – in fact everyone benefits from a dose of kindness.
Instead of a frown or grump – smile. Offer to help – go the extra mile. Go on.
